Refunds
If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 5-days. Products cannot be resold, so please return unopened. All refunds are at the discretion of Sweet Pink Ltd. If your product arrives and it has been damaged or is otherwise unusable, please send us a photograph of the product with your email.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? Contact us immediately, as if products have not been posted we may be able to cancel the order and refund you. If products have been sent, you will be liable for delivery charges which are non-refundable.

All prices and information present on our website has been added with care. However, where there are mistakes we reserve the right to make changes and corrections as required. All prices are in GBP. Sweet Pink reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

All products must be purchased via WooCommerce / Viva Wallet and payment received by Sweet Pink before posting.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure your personal details are correct including names and addresses. Sweet Pink is not responsible for products dispatched to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
